Interior Design

What is good design? My love for design begins with many years working in a museum setting and as a gallery exhibition designer. So many elements go into creating the perfect viewing experience; setting up lighting, laying out artwork, how to display a sculpture (pedestal or not?), a painting (framed or not?), up to what color the walls should be. It gives me great satisfaction to see all the pieces come together.

Today, I’ve turned all that field experience towards my current love: design and color consulting for interiors. Color and design come easy to me. I love using elements and color choices that flow from room to room, creating an exciting visual mood experience. A good designer tells you what to do with a space, a great designer understands your aesthetic and visualizes it into a well design space.
