My clients purchased this charmer in Redwood Heights and wanted to keep as much of the original mid century aesthetic. We altered the shower and the floor tiles in the hall bath. The kitchen was a full gut with a new layout: Marmoleum flooring, Ikea cabinetry, custom shelves with walnut and quartz countertops.

This addition expanded the kitchen, creating a new eating area, family room, powder room, master bedroom/bath suite. I consulted on the architectural drawings and building materials, selected finishes for the kitchen and bathrooms. We used Ann Sacks tile throughout and all new lighting.

Exterior color consult for a majestic home in the Gold Coast of Alameda. Initially wanted to go monochromatic but, decided it was too modern. Settled on some pomegranate and blue pop with some subtle wenge highlights. Overall, a success.
