About

I began my career in museums and art galleries, giving me deep exposure to color theory and design concepts beyond the usual scope of interior design. Today my inspiration comes from the world that surrounds me and the imagery to which I’m exposed every day. I particularly love all things Brazilian and Japanese mid-century. I source using local artisans and design/build using sustainable materials whenever possible. 

Design is a two-way street, and open communication is key. I welcome challenging projects and relish working collaboratively with my clients to create interior and exterior spaces that are warm and alive. I currently reside in Northern California and have worked primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’ve recently expanded into the Midwest with a focus on Des Moines, Iowa. I’m happy to consult via teleconferencing and travel for in-person work if the project is the right fit.
